We offer you today a small overview of those who inspire us, both on the field and in life. 

Ronda Rousey (MMA Wrestling): 13.2 million

She is undoubtedly the most influential sportswoman on Instagram in the world. She has distinguished herself as a professional wrestler but also as an actress. On Instagram, she shares her life as a sportswoman but also and especially her daily life, in a ranch in California.

Serena Williams (Tennis): 12.8 million

We no longer name her, Serena Williams is one of the most famous tennis players in history. Former world number 1, she is now 8th in the rankings and continues to amaze on the court. She is also very invested in the fashion industry, a topic she talks about on the majority of her Instagram content.

Alex Morgan (Football): 9.2 million

Her real name is Alexandra Patricia Morgan Carrasco, this American soccer player is a real star across the Atlantic. A multi-time medalist at the Olympic Games, she made a whole generation dream. On a daily basis, she shares on Instagram her life as a sportswoman, mother, but also ambassador for many brands. 

Maria Sharapova (Tennis): 4.1 million

This is the second tennis player who appears in this ranking. This Russian player, who you won’t see on the court anymore, now shares her life as a businesswoman. She also recently launched her brand Sugarpova, as well as a podcast.

Simone Biles (Gymnastics): 3.8 million

She is the one who embodies gymnastics on a global scale. She approaches on Instagram, via an account with an offbeat tone, her everyday life. A passion for her dog, her expertise in pizza, but also her commitments such as supporting the UN on the subject of hunger in the world. 

Eugénie Bouchard (Tennis): 2.1 million

Here is the third tennis player of the ranking, this time of Canadian origin. Eugenie shares with her community her daily life, her travels, the backstage of her tournaments, her meetings. She’s the breath of fresh air your feed needs. 

Lyndsay Vonn (Alpine skiing): 2.1 million

And here is the 5th sport represented by this ranking: Alpine skiing. She is simply the first American Olympic downhill champion in 2010. She now embodies a life of business women, and is also an ambassador of the brand Under Armour.

Alana Blanchard (Surfing): 1.8 million

A new sport enters this list thanks to the talent of Alana Blanchard: surfing. This professional surfer has been embodying her sport for more than a decade, she is also a model and actress on an occasional basis. 

Gabby Douglas (Gymnastics): 1.7 million

Gabby is an artistic gymnast from Virginia, gold medalist at the 2012 Olympic Games. She is known in part for being the first African-American woman to win both the team and individual all-around gold medals in the same Olympics. 

Caroline Wozniacki (Tennis): 1.3 million

This Danish tennis player was world number one for 67 weeks between 2010 and 2012. A nice record of achievement that has earned her a good reputation. She now embodies on her Instagram account her life as a sports mom.
